Privacy, simply explained.

We collect the contact details, preferences, messages and optional room photo you submit so we can review your request and contact you about this pilot. Submitting a request does not subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

Your room photos

Uploaded request photos are private. They are accessible to the site administrator. If a sample is prepared, it can be accessed through your private request link. We do not automatically publish customer photos in our gallery or send them to an image generation API. We will ask before using a photo with another service or as a public example.

Basic measurement

We count page views, sample button clicks and requests. A daily hashed network identifier helps estimate daily visitors. We do not store raw IP addresses in this application's analytics and do not use third-party advertising trackers. Your hosting provider may maintain its own access logs. A necessary session cookie protects forms and the admin area.

Retention and your choices

Pilot requests and uploaded photos are kept for up to 90 days, unless you ask for deletion sooner or agree to continue with the service. The administrator reviews and removes expired records. Daily analytics records are retained for up to 90 days. You can request access, correction or deletion by contacting us using the contact details supplied in our reply.
